Leaving home

Sometimes, when you lose a friend, life is just too hard to bear. It seems like the world is coming to an end, and you need to move on, otherwise you'll just end up buried with the lost... I left Avilion yesterday, I stripped myself of all the titles I had rightfully earned, and the one I should have earned but never was given to me. It's funny how easy it is to untick a box... I'm surprised no one ever managed to do it the other way round. You put in time and investment, and you think people will notice. But they don't, they break you and insult you instead.
To whom it may concern, if you ever read this, I am not scared of you anymore. I am a good person, loyal to those who deserve it, I know what I'm worth, I am a successful young woman and luckily I have other things in my life that a computer and a pixelated world.
I have tried hard to find it in my heart to forgive you for the way you treated me. I just can't. Now I'm moving on. And it's your loss.

Regrets

I know I haven't posted for a while, but I've had RL issues I won't bore you with (especially because the maybe 3 people who read this blog know about them already). I just wanted to say I think I am back now, trying to find a balance... In the past few weeks I've managed to hurt someone I love dearly, mainly because I was hurting and needed to blame someone for all the anger and frustration I was feeling... I am sorry.

When I received the note from my friend Morrigan (The Black Canary, you can read about his beautiful work here), I started bouncing up and down...a contest!!! So I started thinking, and thinking, and thinking some more... Actually I've been thinking about it for a month, trying clothes, poses and all, until I was finally happy with my entry and could release it in the Flickr pool...So here it is for you:

A wonderful evening

It started with some dagger training, and despite being very bad at it, I had lots of fun... I beat Rayne a few times, cut my husband's little finger (poor Tan... *hugs him*) and got killed at the beginning at the battle royale.

Then I ran home to wash in the waterfall and change (I didn't want to go dance with my beloved being all sweaty) and headed to the drum circle for a dance:

*sighs happily and gets under the sheets, yawning*

Flying over Avilion on a dragon...

I just took my first dragon flight!! Yes, I hear you , I am a fae, I have wings and I can fly by myself... but you know what, it was an entirely new experience... Sir Jayden can lift up to two people at the same time, and all the profits go to Relay for Life... Go to Avilion... (dress code applies)and have some fun!
